Learning shouldn’t finish with the end of school/college, we need to practice and hone our skills over time in addition to learning new skills that weren’t taught at school.
The working environment can throw up many first time challenges, be it presenting to a large audience, chairing & running a meeting to conducting effective appraisals – few people are naturally gifted enough to be able to take these in their stride, most require support and guidance to undertake them effectively.
Leadership Track has a full range of personal development COURSES to help:
- Presentation Skills
- Minute Taking
- Communication Skills
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Time Management
- Conflict Management
- Emotional Intelligence
- Interpersonal Skills
- Project Management
All our courses are very experiential and interactive to ensure a memorable experience. We recommend class sizes of approx. 8 to 12 to allow for more interaction. Higher group sizes are of course possible but the sessions will feel more like a ‘chalk & talk’ session as the trainer simply wont have time to spend with each delegate.
We are also able to provide 2 x trainers per group which can also help the dynamics of a session depending on group size and the objectives of the personal development training.
In the same way, Leadership Track are happy to co-deliver training courses with your organisation if you have suitable delivery personnel – this can reduce the overall cost of training yet still bring in outside expertise and support.
Courses can be delivered for personal development training as full day classroom, short sessions and via webinar as required. Each delivery methodology has its advantages and often a blend of all 3 can provide the most effective results.
Leadership Track would with you to implement our industry leading Impact Dashboard to measure the training to prove the return on investment. The effectiveness of each delegate could be measured on an ongoing basis long after the training has finished.
All courses can also be delivered via Remote Training
