Well- being has always been an incredibly important element of the working environment, healthy employees perform better. Historically this has only focused on physical health however in recent years Leadership Track offer and deliver a range of courses to improve Resilience and how to Cope with Stress.

In our stressful world, it’s not uncommon for an organisation to have some employees struggling with an assortment of issues. These problems can affect an employee’s work and this can lead to increased absenteeism.

.There is significant overlap with leadership and management training and we would always encourage any leadership programme to include elements of Well-being

Workplace counselling is also available with Leadership Track.

In counselling you are given undivided attention in a safe and confidential environment where you have the opportunity to explore. The result is often greatly improved self understanding, empowerment and liberation.

Good mental health does not mean you are happy all the time. It means you are aware of your emotions. You can cope with them, whether they are positive or negative. Most people still feel stress, anger, and sadness. But they know how to manage their feelings.

When your life is in balance you can tell when there is a problem and seek help.

Wellness is an important part of your life. It allows you to fulfil your potential.
